MORTGAGE ALLIANCE WEB SITE IS READY!

The Mortgage Alliance Program (MAP) website was created as a tool for MAP members and customers looking for financing opportunities in Costa Rica, Mexico and Dominican Republic.

As we mentioned in our previous issue, this tool will add value to your business; you will have immediate access to current terms and conditions offered by lenders, providing you the tools you need to guide and advise your customers through the financing process in Costa Rica. The Mortgage Alliance Web Site provides the following features.

• Loan Process Information: One of the first questions for a non resident is, "How do I obtain a loan in Costa Rica?" We answer this question and more by publishing a standard loan application process, frequently asked questions and helpful hints to prepare you and your customer.
  
  
• MAP Members Section: We promote our relationship with your company. Company logos and web page links are displayed on our website guiding customers to your offices.
